You never know who is noticing you

Today, after my checkup, I went to the desk to get my next appointment

schedule. Tammy asked me how did I lose my weight. She told me that she knew

I

had lost a lot of weight and kept it off. She is now trying to lose. I had

never noticed her being large. All I ever saw was a real friendly young lady

who knows I like my appointments to be around 10:00 on a Tues or Fri.

I told her how I lost, what I did, told her to call me if she had questions.

She wrote my name and phone number on a card, put it in her pocket and told

me she would be calling.

I never realized that she had noticed that I'd lost the weight and kept it

off.
