I don't feel that it's off topic. It's still apart of WW. WW is

more than just journaling, counting points and getting your water

in. It's also about your physical being. Whether you're doing

Curves, Tae Bo, , running, Pilates, yoga, TKD, etc., it's all

apart of WW. Whether you're losing or maintaining. If it wasn't,

they wouldn't give us the APs for working out--not for more junk

food, but for more healthier food--at least that's their hope. IMO,

it's still a part of being a Serious WW. And I'm not saying that if

you're unable to workout for whatever reason, but are still

following the program, I'm not saying that you're not a SWW.

Another thing I personally have a problem with is, IF we are to be

so strict in what we can or cannot say, then why are we going

SO " off tropic " to hear every detail of people's race reports.
