Guest guest
I don't feel that it's off topic. It's still apart of WW. WW is more than just journaling, counting points and getting your water in. It's also about your physical being. Whether you're doing Curves, Tae Bo, , running, Pilates, yoga, TKD, etc., it's all apart of WW. Whether you're losing or maintaining. If it wasn't, they wouldn't give us the APs for working out--not for more junk food, but for more healthier food--at least that's their hope. IMO, it's still a part of being a Serious WW. And I'm not saying that if you're unable to workout for whatever reason, but are still following the program, I'm not saying that you're not a SWW. --- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " Terri " Another thing I personally have a problem with is, IF we are to be so strict in what we can or cannot say, then why are we going SO " off tropic " to hear every detail of people's race reports.
