I thought it might be helpful, maybe if you do this and hang where can see it, she will understand how serious you are. Also, it might encourage her to also give it another try. This can be changed to meet specific goals. This helps to keep us accountable to ourselves, since we are ultimately the only ones we are responsible to. Be sure to set realistic goals for yourselves and not set yourself up for failure. If she isn't sure about being able to do this, change the ________ weeks to _________days and just make it one day at a time. Hope it helps! Maureen CONTRACT WITH MYSELF I hereby pledge to honestly follow this for a period of ___________ weeks: ** Participate in a program of regular exercise. **Eat healthful foods in reasonable portions and stay within my allowed points (Target, APs, and Flex). **Do my best to eat within the WW guidelines for healthy eating (Week One Booklet). 1. measure your portions & keep within your points 2. 6 waters daily 3. 2-3 dairy daily 4. 5 F's and V's daily 5. eat whole grains 6. don't forget enough protein 7. go light on fats/sugar/alcohol 8. take your vitamins **Eat primarily to satisfy my nutritional needs rather than my emotional needs.
