up until this summer i have always been very self conscious wearing

sleeveless shirts. i never had that definition that i wanted, so when i was

brave

enough to put one on, i'd find that i was always crossing my arms across my

chest

and holding my upper arms. the other day i noticed that i was wearing a

sleeveless shirt when someone commented on my " definition " in my arms : ) woo

hoo!!!!! i was quite pumped about it and up until that moment didn't realize

that i

was wearing more and more sleeveless shirts this summer than in the

past...and without being selfconscious!!

NSV's:

-- Having a WW leader tell me he thought I've lost a lot of weight when it

didn't show on the scale (for MONTHS) and then going home and measuring and

finding out I've lost SEVERAL inches!

-- Wearing a size 14 again

-- Having my large teashirts be too loose on me! :)

-- FITTING into the chairs at the college

-- looking much nicer in photos

heres mying.

Being able to bend over and polish my toe nails.

Shopping in the regular size clothes and liking how I look in them.

Being able to bike ride with my grandson

Being able to run and play tag with him also.

Having my husband wrap his arms around me and tell how tiny I'm getting. Makes

me cry!

Feeling so much better having tons of energy!!!

Just a few I could go on
