It does get expensive on the broth, especially if you double the recipe for a large family (we have 6). How many boullion cubes would it take to equal the same amount of broth for the potato soup? Thanks! Rhonda Just a hint for the broths..you can buy the bouillon cubes and they go much further then buying the cans of broth..One container for around a dollar (at Aldi's) makes 25 cups..
