Guest guest
Depending on what's going in it, I like to use Mi-Del ginger snaps crushed up and mixed with melted butter. There are also some companies that sell GF Graham cracker-like crackers that you could buy and use in the crust. But I don't know what companies they are. > > What would be a good substitute For graham cracker crust? > > Mimi......thanks!!!!! >

Guest guest
I too have used the ginger snap cookies and they are okay, but I prefer to used graham style crumbs from Kinnickinnick. I have also used Health Valley rice bran graham style crackers. They work also, but are quite hard, so it takes a little extra effort to crush those up. And then I just use a couple TBsps of butter and a little sugar, depending on what crackers/cookies I am using, and it all works well. I ususally also bake it for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees to set it a little bit. Guest guest
I use the Health Valley Rice Bran crackers -- just a little sweet, and not grainy.
