Guest guest
IMO, Kinnikinnick Pancake and Waffle Mix is very good. I have tried the Arrowhead Mills mix a couple times, but have relegated it for winter use when I need something hard to hit around with a hockey stick. --E Pancakes - including Pamela's mixIf you do find the Pamela's mix, there are a lot of different ways youcan make it up. Sometimes I make it thick (according to package) andadd berries, other times I add extra egg and milk and make thinnerSwedish style pancakes and we have those with Lingonberry jam. The Pamela's mix also handy to make banana bread or muffins - justlook at their webste for loads of recipes.Maureen> >> > > > For Pancakes, I like Pamela's pancake mix.
