Guest guest
The following is a recipe straight from the Weight Watchers web site (copyrighted, of course, to Weight Watchers, Inc.) 1 medium banana(s) cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1/2 cup blueberries 1 Tbsp lemon juice, canned or bottled 1 tsp McNeil Specialty Products SPLENDA ® No Calorie Sweetener 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt Instructions Place banana and blueberries together in a bowl. Mix together lemon juice, Splenda, cinnamon and yogurt in another small bowl. Pour yogurt over berries and serve. I don't know if this will clear up anything, but at least it sounds good!
