Guest guest
I can't imagine why adding fruit and a serving of splenda would change the plain yogurt from a core food? Personally I wouldn't add the spenda as fresh fruit is enough sweetness for me. When making an entree you would add (for example) tomatoes and spices to very lean ground turkey and add over whole wheat pasta, which are all on the core food list, and it would be ok, a core food entree. One would be careful adding splenda to only add a serving amount, because too much splenda could cause a problem. So I question that, respectfully. adding fruit and splenda to plain yogurt Be careful about adding fruit and Splenda to plain Yogurt. IT is then not a core food as it may encourage over eating. Count it as part of your weekly allowance. 1 or 2 points. Mixed you must consider portion control. Plain you can eat until you are feeling satisfied not all you can eat. Guest guest
Thank you. My feelings exactly. I'm sorry I brought the yogurt thing up frankly. I was pretty proud of myself for eating plain yogurt AT ALL. 'nuff said I guess. in CO -- adding fruit and splenda > to plain yogurt > > > Be careful about adding fruit and Splenda to plain Yogurt.
