Guest guest
I just saw an ad for a Texas ambulance company (a good company by the way) that is advertising for EMTs and paramedics with salaries ranging from $12-$15 per hour (but with benefits). Sadly, I pay my yard guy, with a fourth grade education and limited English skills, $10-$12 per hour (depending on the complexity of the work he is doing). This is just not right. E.
