Guest guest
If you have cable, mon-fri every morning on lifetime is Austin. Start with her fit & lite. Every day she hits a different area and you get all sorts of different exercises, she starts with warm ups, goes into cardio <easy cardio> and then into the target toning of the day, followed by a cool down. She is terminally perky! And I have said several unkind things about her as I'm going through the workout but it works. I have very thin skin, so I still sag, but hey, I have some great muscles underneath and I don't pay for it <other than the cable bill> best of all is, every day is different! She has several years of workouts built up so it'll be months before you repeat the cycle and go " I know what's coming next! " That means your body will NEVER get into a rut doing it. lets talk about sagging.. I need to tone up, I am not going to any gym. I walk. I walk and walk and walk, that is my exercise. I need to tone up, and i dont knwo what is best for that. Specifically, i need inner thigh work and leg work, and then general tightening up all over. (I also really HATE my " arm hang " under the arms) anyhow.. is curves good for that? or what is best? I might mention that i am going to school this fall and wanted to first take a walking class, but i thought that water aerobics might be more beneficial.. what do you guys think? christi
