Guest guest
I've been having pudding hot off the stove every night now as a snack. Just wanted to share my recipe. Its very easy and a lot cheaper than buying packets of the jello pudding, plus its tastier. Vanilla pudding 2 tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with one cup of water 1 cup of either skim milk or 2% milk 1 tsp. vanilla cinnamon 1 cup of Splenda First mix cornstarch and water, pour in pan. Stir in rest of ingredients. Heat until thickened. 2-3 points for the whole thing. Pumpkin pudding same as above but add 1 cup of pumpkin and some pumpkin pie spice to it. I think the fiber from the pumpkin might deduct one point from this recipe. Chocolate pudding same as above but add some unsweetened cocoa to it My favorite is the pumpkin. It tastes like hot pumpkin pie! good eating, Christy
