We will see you there it will be great to spend sometime with all of

you. Last time we were all at Dr.H's at the same time on the 20th I

really didn't get a chance to talk to anyone, just a quick wave hi

(Collin was ready to go down into what we call 5-4-3-2-1 MELT

DOWN!!!!) My husband Jon will also be along with us Collin is

scheduled to be on between 11:45 - 12:00 pm if all goes smooth but

they said it may run a bit behind because the 3 casting are ahead of

him. I think a group photo is a great idea!!!!! (Although the

camera hates me!!!!!!) If I take one I would be more then happy to

scan it in and post it either here or on my website.

everyone else arrive? I plan on staying to see the other castings

and hearing some of the lectures. Does anyone know what time

Egbert will be presenting?

P.s.: Tommy Lee is not named after the rock star or the actor. My

husband's grandmother passed away a few weeks before he was born and

her middle name was Lee. We already had picked as a first

name so went with Lee as the middle name. We thought it was cute and

very catchy!

Dr. Herzenberg sent me an e-mail today with an invitation to parents

to come to their Ponseti method training meeting in Baltimore on

September 4, 2004. The details of the meeting, schedule, topics and

faculty are attached below. I believe that the location for this

meeting is at the Sinai Hospital address in Northern Baltimore and

not at the Sheraton Hotel downtown. For those who go to Dr.

Herzenberg, is this correct? The following is from Dr. Herzenberg.

Please get the word out to the parents on the nosurgery4clubfoot

discussion group that they are all welcome to observe the

conference. I have already invited about 12 families with their

babies for a demonstration clinic. These babies/children have all

been selected for demonstrating specific teaching points. I

understand some other parents may be interested in observing as

well. Other families who wish to attend on their own are welcome,

but I respectfully request that they NOT bring their children (too

difficult for the kids to sit through a long conference, and

disruptive if they start crying during the lectures...) There is

some information posted on www.deformitycourse.com under " pre-

course symposia " . Attached to this email is a recent version of the

schedule. I only request that they email Madeline Bacon

(mbacon@l...) ahead of time so that we can arrange

seating in the back of the auditorium for them.
