Guest guest
Hey , how are ya!.. I have found I done just that many times. Right in the middle of some " mindless " eating.. I would stop, and no matter how much I had, because it would be way too many points.. and finish my day doing it the right way..Talking to ourselves is a good thing, right!!!lol.. I know it has stopped me from making a p*g out of myself many times... Lots of times it is just plain old mindless eating that get many off track in the first place, that first taste of a red light food, without even realizing were doing it.. -------------------------------------------------------------------- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , Crawford <rscrawford@m...> wrote: > When I have a bad day or a bad moment, I am careful not to tell myself, > " Well, I'll just start over tomorrow.
