Hey , how are ya!.. I have found I done just that many times.

Right in the middle of some " mindless " eating.. I would stop, and no

matter how much I had, because it would be way too many points.. and

finish my day doing it the right way..Talking to ourselves is a good

thing, right!!!lol.. I know it has stopped me from making a p*g out

of myself many times... Lots of times it is just plain old mindless

eating that get many off track in the first place, that first taste

of a red light food, without even realizing were doing it..
