STAR vs DOC

is is already scheduled to get the STAR band but over the last few

days I have been comparing pictures from the STAR and the DOC and I

notice that the DOC produces much better results. is plagio. is one

of the more severe cases, im actually surprised the Dr.s havn't told us

that she needs surgery. So I am very concerned about her getting the

STAR band now. Also I have seen the files here about STAR bands not

fitting right, I don't want to waste any time trying to get a good fit,

I want it to fit great the first time. It seems like the laser scanning

doesn't match up with the laser cutting out the helmet. I feel like it

would be best to do the molding. But I live in Georgia so the closest

clinic for the DOC band would be North Carolina. So that would be a lot

of traveling or I would have to rent an apartment for the time that she

wears the band and have to leave my husband and family for that time.

Could you all give me your input on what you think I should do? And

what your opinions are of the differences in the STAR vs DOC bands?
