President's Challenge- Website Problems

Well, I'm having issues w/ the progress meter on my President's

Challenge activity log. If it's ok with the creator of the SWW

Pres. group, could we hold off on activity reports until this gets

resolved?

Basically, it's setting itself back to 0%, so even though my

activites are being retained, I haven't made a bit of virtual

progress. =) Below is my e-mail to the site. If you're having the

same problem, e-mail them about it. The addy is on their " contact

us " page. Calling doesn't do any good, because they just tell you

to e-mail them. =)

I signed up on this awesome President's Challenge site on Monday,

but I've been having trouble w/ the " Presidential Champions Progress

to Date " meter. It keeps on reverting itself back to 0% with no

points earned.

If I log an activity for the present day, the meter shows the point

values and let's me know how close I am to my first award (bronze.)

But, when I log in the next day to put in my morning exercise

activity, my meter is set back to 0% and no points. My activities

are showing up at the bottom of the screen w/ correct point values,

so I know the system is retaining them. My only concern is that the

meter shows no progress, hence, I'm no closer to my award goal than

I was when I first started the program.

The person I spoke w/ over the phone said that a lot of people had

called in with this same problem, so please just add me to the

list. =)

Can I asked a dumb question and ask where I can find the progress meter?

It's on the " log your activity " page. I can't access the site for some reason

(hopefully they're fixing the problem.)

Exactly was MY problem with it... I found the software very difficult to use

and very arduous.

I am looking at the reports, and I see everyone has points except... 2

people. I don't feel I should name the names, but I am happy to reply

individually. My plan was to show group progress rather than individual

progress, and thus far, with 11 people who have joined our group, there is a

total of 6652 points. Very impressive!

If you still can't locate the progress meter let me know. I am

teresastanton2662@... on messenger, if you use that, or email me

directly at tms43@.... That way we won't tie up our list serve with

the Presidential challenge questions. I haven't experienced the problems

some are having, however, I couldn't log on for about 5 hours yesterday. I

am happy to help if I can, and will get help if I can't.

By the way, there are no dumb questions
