Okay- even though I pretend to be normal and live a normal life, I've

been steeped in this Ponseti thing for over 4 years now, so it's

*always* running around in my brain- which isn't so " normal " . Ha ha!

I heard on the radio this morning about the Tony Danza talk show

debuting this week on TV. I went to the website to see if there's a

place to submit story ideas (just like we've tried with various other

talk shows, magazines, newspapers etc.)...the place to submit ideas

is not up and running yet. However, here is a description of the

show off the site (also what was read this morning on the radio):

" ABOUT THE SHOW

Hosted by one of America's most recognized and likeable television

personalities, " The Tony Danza Show " is an entertaining one-hour talk

show produced live daily from New York.

Guests will include actors, athletes, news-makers, and real people

with interesting stories to tell. Tony will also highlight incredible

kids, and get into the kitchen to cook some of his own favorite

family recipes. This show will occasionally extend beyond the

studio, as Tony gets up close and personal with people who are making

a difference in our culture or just to have a little fun. "

Granted, this show will probably not last long......however, perhaps

this is a good opportunity for us to get some Ponseti kids, Ponseti

doctors, even Dr. P himself some promotion because it's a new show

and presumably, they'll be looking for story ideas- especially, it

seems " feel good " stories about kids and " real people " .

Perhaps some of our families who are close in vicinity to NYC could

contact them? Or maybe we have an expectant mother in our group who

might want to promote the non-surgical method by allowing the show to

tape her baby's progress through treatment?? Just throwing

this " over the wall " ......
