Guest guest
Hi all, yesterday I took some of my frozen blueberries out and cooked up about 3 cups worth. I then put about one tablespoon of this freezer jam gelling powder in it to thicken the berries to make a jam... There is no nutrition info on the package, but here are the ingredients: dextrose - carrageenan - ascorbic acid - sodium benzoate... Question does anyone know if I need to count the points for this gelling powder ?? I can't imagine it being more than one point if any at all for the amount I used...... ~~Kallie~
