Guest guest
Betsy, How are you doing now, following your surgery? Feeling any better? I hope so! Bette
Guest guest
Betsy, It's good to hear from you, and to hear that you're seeing some progress! I know it had to be discouraging to see a weight gain after the surgery. Hopefully as you're able to move more and more (slowly but surely!), you'll feel encouraged by a loss again! Take good care of you! Bette <><
Guest guest
Bette, I am doing pretty good, thank you for asking. Actually a lot better than I thought I'd be. I did have a weight gain right after the surgery and was very disappointed in that but someone told me that with all the fluids they pumped into me plus the anesthesia, it is not unusual to have a weight gain. I am back at my presurgery weight right now and hope to be able to start walking more soon, but still taking it really slow. Thanks again for asking. In His Grip! Betsy from NC Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3 Each morning I wake up, I choose to take a step forward, A step back, or remain the same!
