Guest guest
Dr. Ponseti said my son would need a tenotomy on both feet. When do they usually do it? Before or after the casting?
Guest guest
The tenotomy is performed just before the last cast is put on. This cast will be worn for three weeks - when you take it off, you can hardly tell a tenotomy was done. Congrats on the good news! I was wondering if it would be done on my first visit there, but I'm glad to know it'll be a little later.
