My daughter's helmet likes to rotate clockwise

My daughter (10 months old) got her helmet almost two weeks ago. I

put it on straight and as soon as she starts moving it slips. My

orthotist assures me that it's still working, and it doesn't seem to

bother my daughter even thought it sometimes mushes her ears a little,

but I'm getting really tired of defending it to everyone who remarks

that it's crooked. Going into this process, I prepared myself for

getting a lot of questions and comments on why she wears a helmet, but

I wasn't prepared for the questions about why it's crooked. Has

anyone else had a similar experience?
