Guest guest
So Etools is set up with the info on the core plan now... I can't go to a meeting until tomorrow, my first question is I don't see bread on the list at all... If I make a sandwich do I have to count the entire thing, or just the bread? Semalee Books want to be free!! See what I mean!! http://www.bookcrossing.com/friend/Semalee
Guest guest
None of your choices really lend themselves to Core dining. At Applebees, you can order grilled fish/chicken without oil or sauce, steamed veggies and baked potato; salad with FF dressing as you can at most restaurants. There aren't any Mexican entrees which are Core although you can ask the waitress to have fish/chicken grilled without oil etc. Frozen meals (LC, SO) are not Core and you have to count the points against your WAP. As for fast food restaurants, the choices per my WW Dining Companion are pretty limited -- fast food chicken for example is not Core because it has added sugar and other ingredients. Most people prepare their own LC's or rely on easy to prepare Core foods -- canned soups, rotisserie chicken on bagged salad greens; tuna etc. > How do people who eat out a lot do the Core Plan? I > eat at Subway, Roly Poly, Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, > Mexican restaurants, etc. I also bring a frozen meal > to lunch every day - does that fit in? > > Thanks! > > ===== > > Debra > > " You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
