It might just be a tiny change you need to make. It could just be the

portion size, or some type of food group that is not helping. But if

most of your weight is not around the wasit - that is healthier re

ooooohya, there's another thing you can do with cukes too, tastes real good. Take like a pyrex bowl, that works best, chop up a cuke in slices, fill the bowl half full with water, put in like a 1/4 glug of good quality oil, about a T of apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. My gramma used to put onions in too. If you can, let it sit overnight. The only thing I have a beef with this is, my ice cubes end up tasting like cukes. Not so good. I need to get some saran wrap and I think that'll cure that little problem. YUM, I do this now but withour the water — and without the overnight — I just cut em um, drown em in vinegar, a dash of salt and YUM!!!!!
