Guest guest
Way to go!! I know completely what you mean. Went to my WI yesterday - I actually gained .42 but yet all my clothes are looser. And one of the other ladies said " Your arms look GREAT! " But the weight isn't coming off the scale... UGH!! But if it means more muscle, which means higher metabolism...it'll eventually come off!! Patience...yeah...we can try patience... Keep doing what you're doing!! I'm pulling for you! > > Well, I'm not losing the weight as fast as I would like to (although > I think that I could if I tightened up my points a bit more); but > I've been exercising every other day faithfully at the YMCA and I've > lost 7.5 inches in two weeks!!!
