The latest findings of an independent lab are as follows: Total Fat 10 g/bar (bar label states 9g) Protein 32 g/bar (bar label states the same) sugar 14 g/Bar (bar label says 6 gms) Dry Weight 64 g/Bar (bar label states the same) Ash 1 g/Bar ( not listed on bar label) Carbohydrates 22 g/Bar (bar label states 21 grms) Calories 306 per bar (label states 290 calories) They really are high in calories and carbs so I've decided to eat them as a meal replacement when I have a yen for something sweet. So I didn't realize that she is now carrying the Detour bars!!! So I know where I'll be getting them in the future. Good price, too. Less than the store that carries them (sometimes) around here.
