I dont mind the rain, but my body sure hates the rain. and humidity. I am in so much pain I took a loratab last night just so I could get some sleep and sorry to say I slept two hours and the pain woke me again . I didnt take any pain meds, but it is almost 4 am and I am awake due to pain in my back , neck and legs.. thinking about taking a pain pill and going back to bed until 8.. have to go to work this am.. ugh!! My main pain is in my neck between my shoulder blades and lower back legs are just real sore . I took Tylenol PM last night and managed about 4 hours sleep and feel a bit better today but with Fibro we all know how important sleep is and so today I went and bought a big ol bottle . I am still not great and I am feeling very paranoid thinking I feel another hernia and praying it is not cause I have done nothing at all I mean nothing to hurt me . No lifting no vacuum cleaner , no sweeping and I have followed all the rules to a T . I talked to one of the surgeons I work with about hernias a long time ago, and he said some people are just born with weak fascia, so they are more prone then others to hernias.
