Guest guest Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 If you find out it is the band, insist they make you a new one. If it isn't right, don't let them force it to fit. Also starband has two materials. The hypoallergenic one is called something like aliplast. Make sure you have this kind of foam in your band (some babies are still allergic). I did hear of one kid that wore the cotton stocking/socks from the ortho under the band. The ones they put on the head before using the starscan.
