Hi Jolene...sorry to jump in here, but you are the first person, besides myself, that did and still does the same thing I do... early morning time was for me, a cup of coffee and a cigarette when my three sons were little!!! Been getting up early ever since....friends/relatives think I'm a little goofy....now on the weekends when I don't have to show up for work in the city... early morning time is still for me, a cup of coffee and a cigarette.. usually answering the list email and working on my home biz. Guest guest
Is okay Donelle, feel free to jump in anytime. I am going to take a quick nap while Kris and girls are gone. She has to get toilet paper. She is complaining about being near broke too. Well she had money to go out an party last week... She can get the tp.. Well talk to you all later. Going to Austin to church tonight, our Pastor from Dallas comeing down, be first time to meet him and his wife. Are young couple... Cheers Jolene A fact I read years ago. North Dakota gets more hours of sun light per day than any other state. Pretty cool... Guest guest
I would be tempted to move to North Dakota just to have more sunlight hours. But the winters are not for me. Guest guest
I agree the winters can be tough, but I can remember walking from our apartment to my mom's in -20 F.. and it was lovely, the sun shining helped... We didn't let the cold bother us as children, we bundled up and went out to play. My first skating was in neighbor's garden, I had tie on skate with 4 runners on each skate. I was in 7th heaven when I got my real skates, used to skate free. City converted their show barn into skating rink in winter, with a little warming house and even hot chocolate. It was great. I miss the ice skating. Jolene Ingrid Lowe wrote: > I would be tempted to move to North Dakota just to have more sunlight > hours. But the winters are not for me.
