nightform was recommended to us by our cranial facial plastic surgeon

(at Kaiser in northern CA). we didn't use it because my daughter was

toward the upper end of the age range. i would assume since he

recommends it, it is safe.

i believe it comes with instructions, but from what I remember it has

something like 9 different positions for the head (baby is always on

the back). you use one each night. if there is already flatness you

could skip the position that would rest on the flat spot.
