Great news! I pulled my old bike out last week......I have had it for

about six years and there could be 10 miles on the darn thing.......I pumped

up the tires and they seem to be holding the air, Im going to start riding

as well.......I love adding new things to the exercise program so I don't

get bored.

Congrats on the reduction size. YEAH BABY!!! Men just don't have a

clue as to how heavy boobs can be. I can sympathize with the aches

and pains. I feel it each and every day. I can still ride a bike,

but it looks like a walnut riding a peanut, lol. You go sister,

OMG Mike! your so silly. We diffently need to find you some help,

(lol), ladies,,, who lives closest to Mike? Or maybe someone can

send him a care package from an adult store...Before anyone gets

is maybe 15lbs overweight, and he goes around all the time making

fun of himself, saying he has " man-boobs. " He'll giggle and sheke
