You know,, I'm wondering if after reading this if my muscles surrounding the

shoulder that is having such pain from the neck is doing something like this.

I had attributed it to my " twitches " but it is so much stronger than the rest

of the twitches are. My whole shoulder gets moving and it is wierd and gross

like you said! Luckily, mostly it happens here at home.
