UHC Paid

I haven't written for a while but wanted to let you all know that we

got the money from UHC. They recieved my appeal letter on day 172 of

the 180 days because I was very discouraged and often thought I

wouldn't write it. But I did and they paid after about 8 follow up

calls from me,after I sent the appeal.

I want to encourage all of you who are disheartened. I really thought

they wouldn't pay so I didn't try but they paid 75% as our plan

allows. I focused on the torticollis, in my letter, as a functional

impairment.

Best of luck to all of you. Oh by the way, I think we have seen some

post band rounding since he had his band removed 4 months ago.
