Can aggressive repo cause tort?

I've been aggressively repositioning my daughter for 5 months with

much success for plagio. I'm trying to avoid a helmet. Our visit

with the neurosurgeon is end of March. I took her for her passport

photo and noticed she favours tilting her head to the side I position

her on (and noticed it for a few days after). She seems to have full

range of motion (can turn all around) but if she favours tilting to

this side, have I caused tort? Any reqs on what to do or check her?

Any reqs on what to ask my regular doctor (seeing next week.) She is

sitting up well. She is 7 months old. Thanks so much.
