- awww well alice look how far you have come you must feel better at that weight then u were before .. dont worry i am stuck at this weight since 98 except for when i get depressed and gain even more.. have you tried exercise?? i am still not losing but i feel better

Heck, a....our high here has been 22 and our lows around 3 degrees. THAT'S cold.

I'm so sorry you're on an emotional roller coaster right now. It happens from time to time. I have found the herb, Valerian, helps me sleep at times like that. Broken sleep can make you emotional too.

Incidently, what has the weather been like where you are. Yeah, where are you??

It has been cold, foggy, rainey, around 45 daytime and 33 nighttime. This afternoon the sun came out and was glorious. My mood lifted to the ceiling and I felt inspired to go out and start to prune my roses so they will bloom abundanza in the Spring. The dear things are already trying to put out sprouts. Guess I am a bit late but really loved the sun. Then tonight we are back to rain but that seems OK now.
