Okay, I give up. *buried under a sea of 600+ emails* : D

I just had to delete, delete, delete. I guess it doesn't help that I am

on several lists. Anyhoo, I just wanted to welcome all the newcomers

from the past week. *wavs* and congratulate everyone who has lost,

maintained, or has upped their exercise or water during the past week.

*shakes pom-poms vigorously* Way to go!!

I will try (again) to keep up. My overflowing inbox is breathing a huge

sigh of relief and now I have time to exercise! : D

i only skimmed posts today. was working on some christmas projects

for gifts. so sorry if i missed something. i read quite a few weight

loss's weigh to go everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!

also i saw a lot of newbies. welcome to our group. hopefully you

find the motivation and support the rest of us have found here!!!!!!!!

it is defintiely a big big help.

those who are stuck keep at it. you will make it and don't feel down

if you gained you'll lose it again.

and about me i weighed in today on my mom's scale and it said 210.

last time i weighed i don't remember what it was but the time before

was 220 and at doc was 214 so it's about a six lb difference so now i

should be down to 204 or so. i'm doing good. i'm very proud and i'm

going to keep it up and keep losing. pants are feeling better.

still some are tight. but at least i am in the 18's again and tight

(very tight) 16's. i'm almost to where i was a few months ago so

that's great. then i know i can get lower, because that's where i

was stuck. couldn't button the 14's so once i get into 16's then

i 'll start the goals again very very seriously because i'm going to

make it.

Wow ! Good for you.

I also wear 18's and I am 230. ??? but then I doubt very seriously

I could get into a 16 although I do think I have a couple of pair of

pants that are 16 and fit. You know clothes and how sometimes it

will just be large for its size.. or small which happens more

frequently. :)

I am noticing my pants starting to swim on me. LOL I am down a good

15 lbs-- I should say 20 in actuality because I gained back 5 lbs

more this last time and have now taken it off. I will be thrilled if

I can get to 200.

XL is almost to big for me and I am starting to feel okay in L.
