ewwww... man, that makes me a little wigged out LOL. That's ALL I drink lol. I believe reverse osmosis can take out flouride, although I am not sure. I am pretty sure though that our local health food store does have a reverse that can take out flouride. So you may want to check there. You know, I also wonder about all the people that drink soda and use vegetables that come out of a can. I wonder if it's just a coincidence that aluminum or steel is used and aluminum has been connected to a rise in alzheimer's symptoms... *scratches head*.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into a RO filter to!

Re: Fluoride and Thyroid

We have a water filter system on our water supply at our house but it does not take out flouride.

I think as long as you don’t freeze the water and then let it thaw it’s ok..does anyone know?

I don’t want flouride... But our city gives us no choice :(

I know those non sticks can make animals sick/die if you heat them wrong when you first get them. Hmm... maybe we should all go back to cooking on rocks and eating with our hands... at least then we knew what to expect LOL.

Ingesting Xylitol can cause severe illness, even death for your dog!

Oh don't worry, the cast iron's are great... all you can get from those are rust LOL. The non-stick teflons are the ones I was talking about. Speaking of... I need to dig out our cast iron soon. The dutch oven makes a cozy home for a winter fire pit LOL.
