Hey Sue:

Topper is right...I somehow got messed up on the selenium thing.

Someone mentioned erroneously mentioned that Armour had selenium in

it and that is how I goofed.:)

Sorry about that...and to anyone who may have picked up on that

WRONG info.

Topper...I love you tire analogy. VERY CREATIVE.

Sue, you say have arms and legs that look proportional to eachother

and a thinner waist??? That kinda sounds like J.Lo to me. Are you

sure you have such a bad build??? She is pretty cute if you ask

me.:)

Yesterday, I was inspired by you so I watched what I ate. This

morning I'm a pound lighter than yesterday!!!:)

I had four crackers with peanut butter in the late afternoon.

Dinner was pork chop with LeVassuer Peas. YUM!!!

Drank my milk for bed, after I showered and brushed my braces.

I did get the headache much more brutal last night and thought I was

gonna die though. ARRRG!!!

I know I'll be better as the days go on...so I'm trying to stay

positive.

I have been sleeping really well...so THAT is something to be happy

about!!

J LO I am not LOLOL! But I know what you mean by the overall shape — I am just an expanded version of that :)

You had GREAT and yummy food yesterday AND you lost a pound? AWEsome!!!

I am adding the Selenium but then just read something about it being TOXIC if it’s not organic---YIKES! What kind do you take?

can someone tell me about the mess up on selenium thing.. I missed it

and I take armour thyroid and started taking selenium a month ago

because everyone said to in this group.... could this buy why I am

goetting such brutal hottness??

Please respond, I use a generic selenium from the vitamin aisle - I

dont use organic as how do you find out for sure who sells organic

vitamins etc....

Selenium helps you convert T4 to T3..if your body is low in Selenium

that that could be why you need the high T3 anmount in Armour..by

taking Selenium you are helping convert the T4 to T3 so in a sense

you are increasing your T3..

The brutal hottness depending where you are could also be because it

is brutally hot right now..

Thanks I was looking for whatever they had been talking about with a

selenium thread conversation with misinformed post.. I know what

selenium does but thanks for checking. The Hot flashes I have inside in

a nice air conditioned home, so I know its not the heat from outside.

Once I sit still for a few mins they go away, but If I get up and do

anything in the morning they start right in so I am trying to reschedule

my days to do the blunt of housework that needs so much energy till

afternoons when I dont have the hotflashes. The dissapear by noon or

so. Very weird but then I am a wierd lady I guess. LOL

Are you taking all you Armour as one dose in the morning or a higher

morning dose than the rest of the day?

I am taking 1grain in the morning with 100mcg of selenium and then I am

taking the .375 grain around 1 or so with the other 100mcg of selenium

(the other half of the selenium pill)
