Guest guest
, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. I never really know what to say in these situations, I don't believe anything really helps, but at least she didn't suffer. Mojo I want to know the reason.. I got back from the hospital right after 9 am .. it's now almost 11 .. I got word this morning (around 1 am) that my friend was on the way to the emergency room with what they thought was a major stroke ..she died right after getting to the emergency room .. she had a major aneurysm .. brain bleed .. I forget what exactly they called it .. brain fog, I hate it..she went to sleep .. and her husband said he woke to her twitching.. he said she was barely breathing.. the doctor told us that she was already gone then .. that what was left was just her body .. when they did the MRI of her brain, it was nothing but blood. So .. I volunteered to take their address book and do the calling..I guess I will spend most of the day calling people .. I cant understand this .. she was young ... healthy .. no problems .. and she died .. and here I am .. full of problems .. and I am still here .. I have survived heart attacks and have stopped breathing more times than I can count..and I am still here .. and I want to know the reason why .. Guest guest
>I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. It is so tragic when something happens so suddenly. I know few word can comfort you right now. I was pretty pissed off at God when my 29 year old seemingly healthy brother passed unexpectedly. It took me a long time to try and understand...it's just not fair. I don't think we can understand until we get there ourselves and all will be answered. Then I realized that God does not owe me an explanation, my brother's work here was done and he was needed somewhere else. My heart goes out to you and your friends family, she is in a good place and is not suffering. Good luck to you and if u ever need a shoulder mine is large and available. Guest guest
Bren..That is really wonderful that you are willing to do that for the family. They will need all the help that they can get. How old was she if you don't mind me asking. It sounds like she was way to young to go. I will say a prayer for you and the family. Hugs, lots of love a a .. she was in her early 30's .. I want to say 34 .. right now I just cant remember, but she always acted like she was younger. She had no children (she couldnt have any) .. just the hubby and 4 fur babies .. they have poodles .. so at least he will have someone to cuddle with when he gets a chance to catch his breath and sit down. She had Lupus .. and had been on methotrexate for about 6 months and was feeling really good .. and then this. I dont mind helping her family .. I trained her dogs several years ago ... then when she was diagnosed with lupus finally, we became closer .. I guess we had more in common then .. other than the dogs. I will miss her .. but .. she is not hurting anymore .. that is my only consolation. She and her hubby had prearranged their funeral plans when he was sent to Japan a couple of years ago .. so at least he doesnt have to worry about that .. plus his parents and his brother live close by to him .. so he will have support as well.
