Jo,

Hope you pass with flying colors especially after all the work you put into studying for it. Will have my fingers crossed for you next fri...Hugs..Ginnyjomal1@... wrote:

Lin,I did get your message... thank you. Just to answer the question about Series 65... it allows you to act as an Investment advisor rep. giving people advice about financial investments, like stocks, bonds, etc.We thought that investment advising was a natural addition to our mortgage business. We save people money all the time, now we can help them invest what they save.Next, we'll do our Life, Health, Property and casualty insurance license (that is an 8 day course, heaven help me), then the Series 7 which will allow us to actuall effectuate trades in stock, etc.I have not studied in 20+ years. It is much more difficult than I thought. I take my Series 65 test next Friday, please keep your fingers crossed for me.Wish I could relax this weekend... I doubt that will happen, though. Thanks for

Tonia,

was lucky, got that costume for Jake on Ebay. I think she paid $7 for it! Right place, right time.. I'll bet Petey looks adorable in his spidey jammies!

I had Jake overnight last night and am exhausted. After all the stress of studying, etc. I was beat to begin with.. he's so active now. Walks all over the place and I found out this morning, he can climb all the stairs in my house.. I was hoping that would be awhile. We had fun today, though. It hit 70 here in NJ today, so we spent a long time "walking" outside exploring rocks and leaves...

Hope you had fun trick or treating!

Hugs,Jo

Thanks Jo. yep--the plate's full and overflowing. We have good docs, so that's a great start and push to go on.

I know how you feel about hearing those awful four letters in the same sentence as your child's name.. Hopefully, agressive treatment will result in a remission for her.I'm glad that you've decided that everyone needs you to be around.. I hope that you can get your pain under control, very soon.Hugs,Jo

,

I know it's so hard when you are so worried about your daughter to take care of yourself...but please don't forget to take care of you also. I am so sorry that the pharmacy was making it harder on you then it should have been to get the meds for your daughter..glad you found another one in your area that could help. Hope you have a less stressful and less painful day...Hugs..GinnyKM86@... wrote:

Thanks Jo

I do remember Deb saying she was using a Ketamine gel....not sure if it contained all the meds.

Stacey's intestines don't work, so she doesn't eat, can't take pills, etc. They're putting the neurontin, elavil, ketamine, and lidocaine all into a cream. We had a bit of a delay getting it. When the pharmacy called me this morning (I thought--as I'd been told--to get the insurance info, they informed me it was cash only. Like forget it, no way, no how.....I called a different compounding pharmacy who'd take insurance. They had to get some more ketamine in, so will have it for me tomorrow afternoon. I'm having to go pick it up to keep from waiting longer, but after this, they'll overnight it.

As for me, well I'm trying to take care of me. It's kind of difficult when the heartstrings are getting stomped on. My pain is off the scale, but I'm trying to cope.

Deb (debgena) has been using the compounding gels for several years and, I believe, is satisfied with the way they work, so hopefully, this will be the case with your daughter as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.... Are you taking care of YOU?Hugs,Jo
