Aase Marit Si Joints

Hi Aase: Glad to see you back

I have awful problems with my Si joints as well and my lumbar spine has gotten

in on it too. I saw an Ortho surgeon and he told me if anything was done to

either the SI joints or lumbar spine that there was a high likelihood that areas

that are less unstable might develop the same problem, or my hips or knees. If

one area is stabilized and other areas are still out of whack or have more

stress on them, you could just be trading a problem in one area for another

Hi Joyce,

Have you tried PT for the SI joints or the things Mike U. knows and does.

You could also get a second opinion. But therapy and pain medication may be

your best resource. Ask Mike Uggens.
