I would think that 4mm can make a huge difference. Thanks for

clarifying...I do think I must have misread your post. Our son

improved 5mm (in 8 weeks...went 8mm-3mm) and his head looks great.

It probably depends on the starting number. And yes, it can be

frustrating that the numbers can vary depending on varying factors.

Good luck...can't wait to see some pictures.
