It seems to be a problem of not enough capacity, not the modem. When they brought out their new 24hr service I called them about changing from our current evening and w'ends but the woman I spoke to told me the 24 hr service was unlikely to work here. :-( I'd really like something cheap during the day because that's when no one else is home!
