Guest guest
Angel, I had asked Dr. Herzenberg awhile ago if he needed any shoes for his work in Nicuragua with Operation Rainbow. He said that he needs shoes and bars. Shoes alone are not helpful. We have been borrowing the bars as needed from our shoe provider for a $10 deposit. Let me know if you would like his contact info and I'll locate it... Our old doctor at Childrens took our old shoes without bars. Hope this helps! I seem to remember a conversation many, many months ago about donating shoes/bars to some organization. Not the research one, but one that then passes them on to other children. I have a pair of Markell 00 and a pair of Markell 2 and a 8 and *I think* 11 inch non-adjustable bar. No one is very interested in the shoes because they are the old style and not many want non-adjustable bars, so I figured to donate them. I also have a pair of 000 but am keeping them for mementos ~ his very first pair!
