Sticking to the WW plan

Hi

I am going to dinner tonight. I am going to eat sensibly. I did a

story board.

1 I am getting the menu ahead of time and decide what to eat

2 I will eat veggies before going

3 I have a hour and half before we go and there is a meeting

by and I am going to go

4 I will not order desert

5 I will eat half the meal and not have it brought to the table

6 I will order seafood

7 I will not eat after I come home, if I have to have something

I will drink a diet pop

8 I will enjoy the company, which is the real reason I am there

Oh with this plan I am really to take on the situation

I went to Claim Jumpers today. I looked up the menu on the web and decided

on California rolls and a cob salad with dressing to the side. Can pick and

choose with a cob salad and it takes a long time to eat. California rolls

are 4 for 3 points. So that's what I ordered with Ice tea (no sugar). Wow,

I ate slowly, left a lot of food and did not blow the 7 points I alloted for

the meal. Not only did I feel good about that but I had a super time at the

restaurant because the food was really good! Enjoying food without guilt...

what a new concept!

Gads, I LOVE this program... it rocks!!!!
