Guest guest Posted December 29, 2001 Report Share Posted December 29, 2001 Well, I did something I'm rather proud of. . . . went to an Italian place called Carabbia's or something like that. . . and guess what I ate: caeser salad (very small), grilled salmon & sauted zuccini. It was delicious. Note the lack of pasta, bread, potatos etc. I'm rather proud of myself that I was able to pass up all that garbage. The rest of the days menu was just lots of water, an EAS bar & a shake. I know I should be eating more but we were out running errands all day plus I wasn't super hungry. I plan on starting my excersise program on the 2nd, I'm going to tae bo one day and weight train the next (Tony Little tapes, anyone remember him?) Hey, here's a thought . . . . when you send the pictures in to the list via Yahoo, maybe it'll strip you down to your undies automatically. I did sent in my stats and am going to get Kari to post a picture of me. I have a pretty good one taken at my office party just before I retired. I look pretty much the same. In going through my stuff I found two brand new bathing suits that I forgot I had. Now, child, you don't want a picture of me in my underwear or bathing suit right now, but give me a while and we'll see what happens. It was discouraging to see that I have picked up 10 lbs+ in the last 2 yrs, but you know how it is, what goes up******must come down. Right???
