Guest guest
Way to go ! You've made it through the initial 3 weeks and are well on your way to that 10% mark. Your friends must see that you are happy and want to be like you so they follow you. I did this with friends in the beginning, mostly because I like a friendly competition. But then when their resolved waned and they quit going, I continued out of stubbornness. I liked having their companionship, and it was difficult when they quit. But it was at that point that I began to rely on the vision of my goal and not so much on the initial " let's do this together " that got me started. Keep up the good work. 's Weekly Journal Attached is my journal for the past week, sorry I didn't post it everyday. Today was my off day in terms of exercise and I didn't even get to sleep in a little late because had to be at golf camp by 8am and the little ones to their camp by 830. Usually my hubby takes them but he had jury duty today so oh well, next week right. This is my third week on WW and I feel great. I am not having any trouble with variety and I feel plenty full and have lost 5 pounds and 5 inches overall. Since I joined I have had 4 girlfriends sign up too so we can do this together. Thank you all for the chat, support, and advise. I hope everyone has a great week. Guest guest
thanks teresa. i totally understand where you are coming from. I have a friend who just signed up on spent $119.00 and is already trying ti find ways around everything. She sees what is working for me so i would hope that she would want to journal and plan and prepare meals but so far she has a pretty negative attitude and the other ladies are gung ho. i will help to the best of my ability but at the end of the day they are responsible for their own actions. Thanks again > Way to go ! You've made it through the initial 3 weeks and are well on > your way to that 10% mark. Guest guest
Hi Congrats on you weight loss so far. You are right about people being responsible for their own actions. So many times I have taken on weight loss for the wrong reasons and have never managed to stick with it. I just worked out that I have never done this for me. If your friends are starting to fall off the wagon make sure you hold tight and keep in mind why YOU are doing this. A lot of times friends will try and pull you down with them. Be strong and keep your goals in mind. Best of luck on your journey!
