Guest guest
One of my girlfriends has been on the program since September 03 and she mentioned that she is going to start reverse journalling where she starts her journal at 5pm and then this way, if she overeats in the evenings, she can starve during the next day and not go over in points! I personally start my day with exercise at 7am and finish eat my last meal by 7pm but was curious if anyone does reverse journaling and if it works for them. Guest guest
One of the ladies at our meeting does that. She starts her day at 4.00pm and tallies everything off at 4.00pm the next day. I was talking to her about it ages ago and she said for her it was a mental thing. She likes to eat more of an evening and would constantly worry that she would run out/go over points every day. She now has control over her tracking and if she has a larger meal at night she can have things like point free soup through the day to make up for it. Go with whatever works for you!
