CONGRATULATIONS!!

WW is great :)) !!

Liana

I did it!!

I made my goal this morning! I lost 3 lbs this week, for a total

weight loss of 41 lbs! Isn't that exciting! So, I weighed in at

132lbs, which I am sure I can maintain. It'll take some effort on my

part, but that's ok with me! I'm sooo excited! Everyone at WWs was

very happy and supportive and that's very cool!

Thank you everyone for the support!

I look forward to maintenance!

As long as you jist stick to the program, it isn't really an effort after

awhile. It soon becomes " just something I do. " Exercise is simply a part of

my day. Journaling is simply a habit I maintain. Eating right is just how I

eat now. It doesn't' mean I don't have snacks or enjoy treats. It just means

that when I make choices I make them within something that meets my goal; to

maintain my weight loss and optomize my health to the best of my ability.

It's strange at first because you won't have that " yay " moment that you get

when you lose weight. You'll also fluctuate a lot, but you'll get used to

that cycle once you've established your target points for the day and

exercise habits that are pretty consistent. What I do is set, for myself, a

3 pound range. If I go over 3 pounds above my " happy weight " I drop my

points. If I go three pounds below I up them by two.

Have fun! You've lost it and now you're new journey is in keeping it off.

You can do it and be a HUGE motivation to others around you.
