Guest guest
Awesome!!! I am so impressed! Actually my favorite saying is YIPPEE SKIPPEEE!! Good luck getting that Gold. I know you can do it! I have just won my Silver Medal in the Presidents Champion Hi All; I am so excited. I just was informed that I have won the Silver Award in the President Challenge, Presidents Champions group! When I got my Bronze Medal on 7/23/04, I was excited. I didn't really think I could do enough real activity to get the silver; it was just confirmed a few minutes ago that I had won the silver, and I am now going to work toward getting my gold. Wish me luck. I have been doing Austin Aerobics for 30 minutes each day for 5 weeks now, and this week, I do an hour each day, so far, besides my other activities where I get Activity Points. I upped my activity to get the silver, and will have to increase my activity a lot more to get the gold. I am in better shape physically,(and have more energy) than I have ever been, and I owe it to Weight Watchers, and The President's Challenge physical exercise group, and the support from all of you. Thanks so much. I do over 12,000 steps a day now. Didn't think I'd ever be able to do that, since the average person doesn't do more than 3,500 steps a day. Please forgive me for bragging...but I am so happy. I never thought I'd be saying any of this. Now. if I can just lose that pound tomorrow in weigh in. Hugs to all of you. Pat from K.C. I mean shoot look at me? I write novels when I reach a personal milestone! I fully believe in celebrating. It is not vain. It's just a part of being a self-actualized person.
